NEWS RELEASE FOSTERVILLE ROYALTY STREAM ARBITRATION

NEWS RELEASE FOSTERVILLE ROYALTY STREAM ARBITRATION

Aurico Metals and AMARC (2 subsidiaries) of Centerra, sold their royalty portfolio to Triple Flag Mining in Bermuda for $ 155 million NET. Per KL's press release, this supposedly includes the 2 % NSR at Fosterville.

But, in both Centerra's press releases on May 16th and June 27th, Fosterville NSR is mentioned nowhere.

Can someone explain this discrepancy? Perhaps Fosterville is automatically included in AMI's portfolio so this was part of the sale even though not explicitly mentioned in the press released by Centerra?

Regardless, now we know KL never had chance to exercise right of 1st offer.
