RE:RE:RE:Excuse me for my ignorance Between the board, The Surreya and the other private placement investors, Berry, and that fund that owns 100M shares (we don't know who they are) they can do it as they would be in the vast majority. Obviosuly this has been discussed amungst the controlling interest group for our fearless leader to make the statement.

There was only about 100M - 150M retail shares out there 6 months ago. Probable half that now after all the shake out. Anson and the Surreya's were probably the ones accumulating during this shake down.
