First off...those are net fees to get listed. Not what a company has to do in order to go public (ie: thousands of dollars in lawyer/accounting fees and a then thousands thereafter to file and keep up with the exchange demand) also exchanges have hidden fees that you pay for personel.
NOT TO MENTION MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL....fast tracking - to submit all your docs to an exchange and get audited could take years and if you dont have years of balanced books or A LOAD of cash you wont get listed..... I know the process because I've been a part of it.
Trust me its not $3500 ....also doing it this way benefits many other things like taxation and company equity structure...I won't bother explaining to you because what you write on here validates to me how stupid you are and i'm wasting my time.
