RE:RE:RE:RE:Capitulation..Maybe?I agree on the limited downside risk here. The 2 recent news releases on metallurgy and increased resources have not been reflected in price. As with nearly all companies in this space, higher PM prices will drive both the investor interest and project developer interest. Of all the cheap quality companies out there, Rockhaven has the potential to be one of the most likely to be a 10 bagger or more. And the key to not getting taken out cheaply is Strategic. Too many companies get taken out for a 50% premium to a depressed stock price, giving little or no profit to most shareholders. That won’t happen here.
I have owned a decent decent position in Strategic for over a year, feeling that it was a cheaper way to own positions in a number of smaller companies with low trading volumes, much like a closed-end mutual fund. I still feel that way, and I think Strategic’s share price is at a discount to the companies and other mineral assets it owns. However, today I purchased a small amount of Rockhaven directly. The recent news and continued low share price seem to me to be an even better value than Strategic. Time will tell. I won’t lose any sleep sitting on both of these fine companies for several years as the markets become more rational.
