Both these segments provided a variety of wireless voice and data communications services, including local, international long distance and roaming services. The services were provided to subscribers on both a postpaid and prepaid basis.

Money will be used to pay for 1. $1.75 Million to Mattern Pharma intellectual property rights and product development. 2. $2.87 Million to affliate of Endo International to settle payable promissory note. 3. Balance of funds will be used for working capital, ongoing new commercial and R&D activities as well as fund negative cash flow.
