Syncrude is a pain

Syncrude is a painFor the last several years Syncrude operation is unpredictable, always in a shutdown mode, however since Suncor took over operation it appears the plant operation is stable with this one time exception. It is good to know the cause of the problem but it appears everyone is downplaying the problem including Suncor for there is not ONE single release from both companies about the potential stoppage of production. Why employees are paid if nothing to do?
Yes there will be an impact on the production volume for Suncor but eventually everything balance at the end, specially with oil price in the $70's
