In any case, we are being gentlemen now, so no worries.


"I'm not getting paid to come up with the answers..."  ... Yeah, maybe not.  Just the thing is, in order to know that a company did wrong under given circunstances, a person really needs to know what that company should have done right.  Otherwise that person is just being a blustering windbag.  No?

Those were unusual circumstances the company had to endure - I have never seen the like before, and hopefully never will again - and you obviously must know of a better way for the company to have responded to them in order to have judged their actions as wrong.

I'd really like to hear your analysis.  I have offered mine several times ... only to have you bring my intelligence into question.  Civil?  Yeah, right!
