Take a pill.  The canaccord analyst did not wake up today and downgrade the stock because his dog peed on the floor last night.

He obviousily talked to the company a few times and did not like the forward outlook he was receiving so to say today's selloff has nothing to do with management is naive.  The overselling due to margin calls might be market manipulation but the selling is due to the downgrade.
