Time will tell but you make a very good point.  It is unknown to me whether that buyback would be cheaper or much more expensive to negotiate now.  my guess is the latter.

Hopefully this is a bit of a present given to 2 houses that have backed them very strongly.  I hope we see some significant appreciation before another round of financing is required.  sure would be nice if another round is NOT required.
