S8, I'm a long way from Bay Street. 

You don't just walk into their office and speak to someone in the know without an appointment. Even then, unless you own a significant percentage of their units??????? 

I did try calling and got the same reply you did, so I emailed them.

Whatever happened to cause this rout won't come out until it does.
