He / She should be concerned, I had a different username back then and was very concerned when I got to reading about judgements in excess of 1/2 million bucks...once you hit that "post" button, there is no taking it back. It was about 8 years ago for me and I have had a lot of time to reflect on my actions, best now to just walk away and have cold drink or smoke a fatty when you feel that frustration boiling over - before writing and posting something you will regret. I`ve had this individual on ignore since day 1 so have not been privy to his slanderous penmanship. It will start with SH contacting him about a specific complaint and suspension of his account, so if you don`t hear from him anytime soon you`ll know he stepped on a great big feces laden land mine. In todays digital age a mere stroke of the key board can do irreversible damage to an individuals reputation, once a poster crosses the line and draws attention to himself the target of the defamation can easily go back and review all relevant posts before filing suit. You can bet that there is an employee, if not the head honcho himself who reads this board on a daily basis. My bet is that most CEO`s have much deeper pockets than the average retail investor who uses these forums to vent. This is a good example of how one must be comfortable in his own investing skin - no one is responsible for his / her losses but themselves.
