RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:NVO news: And professionally doneWe shall see, though I think by that time, KL will be taken out by a major senior for a hefty premium, if not much sooner. An offer too lucrative must be presented to shareholders by the BoD.

I said KL will NO LONGER be investing for the time-being in Novo. Obviously this is POST the Artemis purchase for $ 20 M!

Get your facts straight and don't twist my statements. I know both stories inside out and we can debate this all day.

As for Sprott buying 600 K shares recently...big deal...it's his money he can buy Garibaldi, Novo, Timminco back in the day, whatever he pleases. It's his personal portfolio.

This investment thesis cannot be extrapolated to a public corporation: i.e. does not mean Kirkland Lake Gold (owned by a multitude of persons as common shareholders) has, or for that matter, should follow Sprott's investment thesis and buy Novo stock en-masse. Again, a BoD's fiduciary duty.

Yes he has been brilliant with KL and a great Chairman.

But again saying Sprott bought 600 K shares recently does not "guarantee" a future share price return for Novo. He bought all the way up to $ 8.80 in late October 2017.

It's called being informed and asking questions to Investor Relations as any long-term shareholder would do.

Seriously. The way you write is like "Captain Obvious" syndrome.

Well "Captain Obvious" assumed that KL just bought 4mill NVO shares a few weeks ago.  I suppose I better call KL IR and get my facts straightened out.

And I will email Eric (no relation to KL) and ask him about the 600,000 + shares he just picked.  That obviously may not have happened either.

Better talk with the KL management again and get this confusion straightened up ASAP.

Tx

Well JG, you better prepare for a possible KL exercise of 14mill NVO warrants by Sept 2020, that may initiate a take-over bid under the SEC 20% ownership threshold guidelines. It does not appear that KL is going to be holding that long. Tx
