Why Barrick & Oceana won't move NUG's price up this SummerIn a practical sense, the only way institutions like Barrick, Oceana, or Toqueville can invest here is via financings. I guess I'd look for one by year end. I expect it at a higher level, who knows?
Waterton was (is?) an example of why institutions can't buy or sell efficiently at retail. Don't worry about Waterton. Today they don't own enough to make a difference. Waterton bought via a financing, but couldn't sell via retail.
On the one hand, they single handedly destroyed the retail market for this stock. That too shall pass. It may take a few more news releases like this week's before retail buyers take note. They will, and if you have not, you will.
At this point, it's time to send Waterton a thank you note. Enough time has passed for NUG holders to take tax losses and average down on cost. Put it behind you. Almost weekly, there's more gold here. Thank you, Mr. Weekly.
There's at least 45,000 shares sitting at $US.15 ask. Don't blame Waterton if you don't recognize their value. We don't want to hear Waterton blamed at Labor Day, Halloween, or Thanksgiving. The time to act is Independence Day.
The fuse is lit.
