news will be released when they are ready to release it. You are such a whiny shareholder, things take time, ie. contracts needed to be signed, i's dotted and t's crossed. This is a real company, not some fly by night that puts news releases out for the sake of news. When they are ready to put news out they will, if you dont like their model, sell- if you actually have shares, and move on. They will survive quite well without you!!
