RE:RE:AZX Goldopp, I am not worried in the least. Contrary to "antsy" I am very excited to see what is on the horizon.
It is highly unlikely DP will need any more cash, certainly not for an aquistion anyway, aquistion or merger will be a straight up share swap or with little or no cash, the higher PRB goes the less shares AZX holders get, I see no hurry at this point for PRB to pull the trigger. AZX is broke, has non core assets worth enough to drill a few fence post holes, pay for the lights and the ongoing litigation. It's not disparaging to point out obvious facts, it's just the way it is.
PRB has cash, low float, good leadership, strong partners, great land, an actual ongoing financed large drilling program, no toxic legal battle, history of past success etc etc. Basically everything AZX doesn't have. The longer AZX waits the worse the deal will be for them. Companies that run out of money have very little control over their future, I've seem it many many times.
Again, I am not even remotely worried about PRB, I am more worried where I will be retiring when everything comes to fruition in a few years!
