this is how it goes early stages. Insiders keep SP down so as to not to tie up investment money. As business progresses and catalysts stack then the collar comes off. Canaccord looks to be all in now and as we know they are fully vested and ready to pump. Looking forward to the carnage upcoming in Cali.. terrible thing to say I know..
