RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Stupid questionI'm curious about how they could semingly "Value" CPTO shares at 74 cents from this transaction... On the basis of what? The business value of Hyper, which we have no way of verifying? 

It would had credibility to the value of Hyper, or the combination of companies, if they would raise some cash at 74 cents for a share of CPTO concurently.

I've seen lots of sketchy things in the market, but this is pure BS... Worse than the BS going down with the other blockchain player at Augusta (AAO) and their "Spin Off"...
