RE:Hmmj horizon and VFF CEO sell off

RE:Hmmj horizon and VFF CEO sell offBy my calculation, HMMJ now owns appox. 1,014,000 shares. If they had sold 400,000 as you suggest, that would be a 40% decrease. I am not sure the mkt cap of HMMJ last week, say it was $850M and the VFF weight was .88? At $7/share, that works out to 1,007,000 shares held, so marginal selling of VFF.

You need to track the Mkt cap of VFF daily, the mkt weight of VFF and the approx. price of VFF to determine if there is excessive selling. Let us know but I think you will find there is not much selling of VFF, certainly not 400,000 shares.

As for the CEO selling, that is accurate but when you own 21% of the company, you have to realize that there are many reasons why an insider is selling shares. I admit it does not look good anytime a CEO sells when the future appears to be looking rosy. Ummm. This is a concern.
