Presumably Lisa is only passing on a promise made by Foracare about hardware delivery. It doesnt matter how great Lisa is, this is all on the ability of Foracare to execute their expansion. Its not even as though she even had any choice when it came to choosing the right solution here, its this manufacturer making this particular in demand hardware or nothing.

We are completely reliant on a company we didnt invest in, that RHT had no choice but to go with, that needs to change its production capacity, for this part of the puzzle.
