RE:RE: HAYWOOD SECURITIES

RE:RE: HAYWOOD SECURITIES
Haywood was the lead on the last financing and you could possibly be right imho. They will be needing more cash from some source before they get the amatitaln migrated and to up their stake in the property, and I"m pretty sure they won't want to be issuing more equity at these low prices so a nice moveupwards may make it more palitable.  I look at it as a possitive as long as it gets that contract migrated, they've been doing a lot of drilling so they've been going thru  cash. they'll also most likely  be drilling the chiapas blocks fairly soon. there is also the possibility of some early warrant exercising with some kind of incentive (as alluded to in the canaccord report)  to raise some cash.

election day tomorrow so hopefully we can move forward from there, cnh has not been updating the meetings etc on their website due to the election so it makes it harder to see what's going on and whats being approved etc .down there.

it will be interesting to see what happens ( if anything, lol)  in the next few weeks. I don't hink they'd be drilling those extra wells on the amatitlan if they weren't pretty sure things were going to move ahead regardless of who wins the election.

cheers ferret
