If the timeline of a potential transaction is expected to happen at around the time of the year end results, it usually does not make any sense to announce a transaction right after the year end results.

If there is one transaction, it is much more natural to be announced at the same time of the year end results or before.

In this case, I am thinking that the transaciton is at the finalization stage, so delayed the year end results.

Tomorrow should be a dual-news day. Transaction and the year end results.
