What are the odds of Emblem merging with another company

What are the odds of Emblem merging with another company Merging with another company who has the means of production already established. It would explain their hesitation on building out the greenhouse. Could they be negotiating with another company to get bought, or perhaps a merger? Anyone have thoughts on this?
