Paying down the debt right now would be counterproductive until they can get the dillution down by cancelling out units. 

Getting rid of SOLAR would be their biggest coup. That was a FOOLISH purchase from the beginning. It has done nothing but bleed money every month out of this company. 

They have enough cash flow to pay the debt costs. 

Now it's time to STOP THE BLEEDING and TRIM THE DEAD LIMBS. 

Proceeding with the NCIB would at least put them into a position that will ehnance their ability to pay off their debt faster. IMHO
