RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:YikesAbsolutely, which is why the US may have to hold its nose/turn a blind eye and let western firms operate like this in Africa if they want to keep the Chinese out of the picture.  If Glencore find it too risky to operate in the Congo with the DOJ on their backs and they sell KAT to the Chinese its game over for the west with regards to the battery/EV race.
