RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Special meeting In situations like these, companies sometimes spin out non core assets into another public company and shareholders retain spin out shares.  Considering there is significant value in all the other assets outside of Cannabis.  I dont have full details on all there other investments so cant make any assumptions, regardless the big value is on the Cannabis side!
