RE:RE:How soon after an insider selling does it become publicWhat makes you think it was an insider? It could be but both Harvey and Max had over 1M unrestricted shares each before the conversion so they didn’t need to convert the special shares in order to dump 200K shares. Also, they converted those shares a couple weeks ago, if they were going to dump 200k shares wouldn’t they have done it before they had to disclose the conversion?
