"...the worse and worse itlooks on the CSE , the BCSC and everyone in between who have the power to protect us..."

This is why people are disappointed or cynical of "The Regulators"...expectations that they'll swoop in at the very first sign of something disagreeable...using their "power" to protect you.

No matter what, it's always nothing done, or too little too late, becuase to everyone else, "criminal" activity was so obvious.  criminal. You should package up your evidence and send it to the RCMP.  They investigate violations of the criminal code.  Did you read the explanations, or does it even affect your position, in your demands for Exchange intervention, that the Exchange does not have the authority you're asking them to exercise?

Apologies for the rant - it's difficult to review complaints time after time, with allegations of fraud and criminal activity where the worst offense is poor judgement or lack of fudiciary duty (still issues, but not criminal). Or blatant fraud and manipulation because the price is going down when there was good news.  Or manipulation and insider trading becuase Anonymous is a big seller.  The irony in that one is great because it's the anonymity of the internet that encourages people to accuse others of criminal activity.
