RE:TAKEOVER

RE:TAKEOVERTWO QUESTIONS TO YOU: Who in Australia has the $$$ to buy KL?? Where did you learn Makuch and the VP are in Australia? They could be there regarding Novo simply. The only likely player I see is Newmont. OR Franco Nevada, which has a low share float of 185 M and could do a share deal with some cash. No one else out there has the capital to pay up for KL nor would Sprott want to merge with any other entity except something of quality like Newmont/Franco Nevada. I do believe too something is in the works as well as I said the past month based on the 0 insider selling on Canadian Insider (plus 0 buying due to lock up period). The last recent transaction was early April with their counsel Jennifer Wagner converting options to shares and selling at $ 20.80 her 4000 options. At this price, KL can fetch $ 40 CAD easily which is a 37.5 % premium which would make sense. JIN
