When a stock gets cheap some people cannot change their view.  They get nervous and want to
sell but stocks have no feelings.  I like them when their cheap and don't like them when their
expensive.

I might add:  When stocks go on sale,  it is always about some issue,  either real or perceived
but like anything else,  that is when the risk/reward is highest in favour of the investor.  There
are no guarantees but the odds are more in your favour and yet people have a great difficulty
in embracing this concept.
