Supply deals

Supply dealsThis deal is interesting as it shows a more realistic version of how sales might work. Up until now there has been this "us or them" language. It is obvious that branding and quality will have alot to do with the success of any company or even individual strains under the same company brand. They will be sitting on the same shelves. The consumer will decide and we will see what their decision will be. This is why HIP needs to make some really strong choices and do some creative marketing. The competition is only just beginning but the consumers will make or break many of the competitors. I am a bit worried that HIP using song titles won't really do. It narrows the market to fans of the band however it is a reference that could probably slide under advertising rules and could be a great tactic. Maybe other artists need to be brought on board if they want to continue with the music buisness theme ? People buy things that they can relate to when it comes to recreational items. Something as specific as a song is a little risky in my opinion. That is why there are names like Afghani Kush or Maui Wowie or Fruity Pebbles etc. These allow more room for interpretation. At any rate it is time to bring on the marketing ! No more hiding under a rock.
