Hey Farm,
i'm in the same boat as you with many shares (i assume you hold enough shares to hate the management for their non-action) 

It's a penny stock, speculative company, and start-up public company.  from my experience, 97% of these companies trade on inside information and market manipulation occurs all the time. 

It's high risk/high reward scenario.... 
I wish you well as I am just seeing my this year's gain evaporating..... 

My gut feeling is telling me that they will announce the FS and/or financing before end of Q3.  They knew about the delay in FS at the beginning of June (when it dropped from 1.4 all of a sudden)

My opinion is that the FS is completed minus the roasting method section.... so they already started the new method sometime in June, before the announcement. 

I dislike everything they do.. but I wouldn't bash the company... they wouldn't stop their price manipulation and insider trading regardless what you say anyway.
