Haven't posted in awhile

Gents, Have been on here since the Florida deal was announced last year. Did good on that trade. I think CROP.cse is worth a hard look. They have close to the same amount of sqft as Ian and trade at $20mln valuation. They have a .10 cent PP coming free trading tomorrow hence the horrendous chart. Anyways glta in all endeavors. OGB
