CIBC is a MM and so must bought last Fall/Winter and sold the truck from $1.68 down to $.88. Now Morgan Stanley, TD, even Raymond James are/maybe left to sell to the Short covering guys that have a few more to cover. Then a catalyst/impetus from somewhere to get metals moving up again.
