changes needed

changes neededWith yesterdays news of the shipbuilder withdrawing from the contract due to non payment its' apparent  the present company is dead in the water . In over ten years they have taken in almost a billion and are nowhere near producing any revenue . Apparently the undersea equipment is ready to go , except its not known if it will actually work . Also they have developed a set of properties and new methods of sampling and evaluating them .
The only way I can see this going ahead is with some mining company taking over for pennies on the dollar . Or maybe an Elon Musk type . Present management has lost all crediblity . You would think that PNG and any other jurisdiction where  they have properties would be willing to make concessions on their excessive tax , royalty and ownership demands to help get the thing going .
