Unless you are here to call yourself a diamond mine owner, the only thing you are looking for is something that generates momentum for the SP. One thing is for sure, barring an outright sale (that would give you enough momentum), the company will need money tomorrow. That could come from a DISCOUNTED rights offering (you get your momentum, but not the momentum you are looking for as a shareholder), a PP or some kind of deal. A PP would come at a bit of a premium and it might make some hold on to their dime shares but would not be enough short term and is not likely, unless the Friedlands want to give a chance to a friend to come aboard. A deal is the only solution for us but that won't be easy. The Friedlands are in full control and don't care about market conditions, there are very few players that could be interested, you all know the reasons.
These reports are meaningless to us and we are the last ones to see them. What you are looking for is money, that's it.
