Great posts by Revenant detailing a possibility that the end buyer might be Saudi Arabia!

This came out around the same time as new Investor Presentation of summer 2017 appeared and it was mentioned on Stockhouse that the original deck displayed an agreement with Egypt thru a distributor at that time named Eagle Shield. (since that time it has been reported this was an error originally put out by MRS in the original Deck)

But having said that...we came out with a NR for a $400 Million USD Dist Agreement involving a "large foreign military" right after the Saudi Government gave this new body autonomy related to tender awards (procurement) RandD and Defence Industrial Development.

Could it be Saudi vs Egypt?

Could it be a Mission Ready Solutions/Protect the Force Inc eventual set up of a foreign production facility employing Saudi local's in an eventual licensing agreeement after years one thru 5 (and beyond) of the Sept 6th 2017 announced agreement? Afterall the Saudi's gave this newly created Saudi agency "broad powers in procurement". And we got a pretty good company making order/interest what? just 3 weeks later from when this Saudi Government procurement agency in Defense was created? Saudi government launches new procurement, industry body Charles Forrester - IHS Jane's Defence Industry 16 August 2017 Key Points Saudi Arabia has created a new government body to have broad powers in procurement, R&D, and defence industrial development.

Establishment of new body comes as country is working to implement Vision 2030, which aims to boost domestic defence procurement from 2% of the budget to 50%. The Saudi government authorised the creation of the new General Authority of Military Industries (GAMI) on 15 August, with the organisation to have broad powers in procurement, offset, and industrial development. According to a release by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the government outlined 11 roles and functions for GAMI, ranging from management of procurement for the Saudi military, to managing defence industrial research and development (R&D) and the transfer of technology to Saudi industry.

Seems to me this GAMI/SAMI Saudi Org (the same body in the prior post) has the independence and autonomy to award contracts as a standalone Government Military/Defense Procurement/Development focused agency.

That would sure expedite a company contract negotiation process no? "which enjoys legal as well as financial and admin independence"

And again notice the date of Aug 14th 2017 right around the same time the new MRS Investors Deck and PowerPoint Presentation Investor update appeard and what 3 weeks later from the creation of GAMI MRS announced a $400Million-$800Million USD Dist Agreement over 5 and 10yr periods (all amounts minimums) Hmmm....? Certainly got me wondering.

The Saudi cabinet, chaired by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, decided on Monday to set up the General Authority for Military Industries, which enjoys legal status as well as financial and administrative independence.
