RE:Interest costsThe financing hasn't been closed yet - NMX hasn't satisfied all conditions... a press release will be sent out when all conditions are passed and closing has occured and funds transmitted.

Same goes for Orion's $75mill up-front distribution.

If/when these items start closing SP will shape up. I find it a bit odd they haven't updated on the status / closing of these pending financing arrangements.

Come early august I'll be concerned if no news comes out.
