RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:?? Not all LPs can get distribution, that is the point that most people seem to miss. Everyone is focused on the 20 or so public LPs with large financial resources but are forgetting about the other 80 LPs out there (and the other 500 in the queue) that don't have much access to capital nor access to distribution points. They can't just simply sell it to retail for higher prices. Oil won't sell in rec? For real? All market data suggests that demand for dried bud is on the decline. There are some estimates that dried bud will only be 10% in 5 years which is why Emblem wisely choose not to make big investments in high end grow facilities.
Regarding EU exports, dried bud must be grown in GMP facilities but I believe (but 100% sure) you can take non-GMP grown bud and process it into oil in a GMP facility. Note that Emblem's press release said they will only be supplying oil to Germany, no dried flower.
