Technically it's breaching the 10dma for the first time in weeks, with the top being the 50dma up at 69 cents.  This is all technical moves on the chart.  I wouldn't be selling down here even though management really sucks. Wait for Wendell to pull something out of a bag and it could move to the 3 big weekly MAs up at 1.11 to 1.25.
