Can someone explain..

Can someone explain..Can someone explain to me why anyone cares about the NR that just happened? Did people already forget we are selling Fox-Tek? Once we sell off Fox-Tek what just happened makes no real difference to the shareholders of AAO. I understand once we get shares of MOO that will help but as for the help of AAO this does nothing. Unless I'm not understanding this, can someone point out how this helps out AAO share price in the long run?

I just can't understand no matter how hard I try. Allen has great tech and he has GIANTS for clients, so he's going to sell it for a measly 21.5 million.. Someone please help me understand this.. It's so beyond frustrating. And with the current sale they just had ( although no numbers or names, surprise surprise ) we all pretty much know it's Embridge. Why on earth would you sell for 21.5 million when you had one of the largest oil/gas companies as a client.
