RE:Onboard update

I dont remember the company ever promising to update onboarding numbers on a monthly basis. What actually happened was for a short period (only 4 occasions) numbers came out every 5-7 weeks, again there was no promising that was going to continue forever. You're confusing your expectations with what is normal.
My expectation is that onboarding number has changed little, we are likely still only in the implementation phase of the new onboarding process. So actually nothing to report. Why report nothing?
