Haha.  Nice one.  Fingers crossed going forward that they've truly learned some lessons. Only time will tell. Giving unsecured perpetual loans to SMEs is super risky business, particularly in industries where there's lots of eager money floating around.  They'll really have to target their niche -- companies that can grow but don't want VC money.

We'll also have to see if they can manage to scale the business.  The Logiq deal was a good step, but their capital structure won't make things easy.
