These are always lower than real fair value, as an independent listing.

For BLVD, that value would be above $0.35 per share.
The new MJ rehab business  and Altus Nutraceuticals would be in addition to this.

As the Canadian MJ sector is in a state of limbo as to legalization dates,uncertainty about regulations and opt outs.

Medical cannabis market in the US is ongoing and avoids the mess surrounding the canadian MJ market.
