RE:RE:yikes..... USA protest Canadian toxins in river

is there something peculiar about our American neighbours. Not one word about the water treatment plants that have been built or that are scheduled for completion in the next couple of years whose purpose is to reduce metal content in the river waters.Don Lindsay, and Teck are responsible citizens and I would think that the reluctance to sign this particular lette ris because of a lack of balance in the wording. When you set up a co-operative as opposed to an adversarial
relationship-you get better results and less posturing for the press..
