RE:RE:Puerto Rico Gov signs bill to privatize power company assets"I find it just a bit odd that the first of the 3 posts that whoami2u has EVER made is this one about the PR governor signing a privatization bill."... and the next two was this nonsense about the other solar proposed solar plants being "competition" and having to renegotiate a binding contract, that happens to be the basis of a $951M USD lawsuit??
Moving along I hear that they are making excellent progress wtih Real Block and a close family relation to a large GRB shareholder and Real Block proponent bought most of the recent GRB PP that was done in June. I'll be straight, I'm having a difficult time trying to value GRB.
There are just too many pieces, a bunch of them are what you might call (and others have called) "deep value"; and they are not the run of the mill types of assets and businesses that are easy to figure out. A lot of things are going to be playing out in coming months and that's exciting.
Just keep this in mind as you read the presentation or the next NR. They have under 23 million fully diluted shares and a management that has proven itself over many years to being dedicated to keep an amazingly low share count and running on the proverbial shoestring. GLTA.
