the share distribution will likely be a fair market analysis at the time of the spin off. More than likely the US business will be a significantly more valuable asset than the Canadian components, at that point, a wild guess could be as high as 70 percent. It would also not surprise me if Canopy Growth made an offer shortly after spinoff or a spin off directly to them.
