This is a very smart way to evolve business in the bar market. If anyone can make their own bars with specialized formulation, I think they could explode in revenue. In my opinion, bars are very interesting, specially for breakfast or on the go for snacks. Very interesting concept and I wonder if any customer can make his or her own ''specialized'' formulation and at what cost? If it's reasonable, I wouldn't expect this idea to take off quite a bit. People have very picky taste when it comes to bars and on the go snacks, if they can make it, well, that changes the game. Interesting times.
