RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Suspendedthe original deal fell through, but discussions are underway with other buyers, so everything is moving forward and a better deal may be in the works.   The shareholder vote is the key to releasing mxl to sell props asap and change business model, so I am optimistic.
