I believe John has his words, we can't tell just by the last financial statement,  have to trace back couple years ago when there are Millions of investment. 

What I found is BC Jade is stone but not the Jade we all talk about, Jade is different from Jade Stone. Jade sotne can only be used in construction material. 

Let's put hope on this new CEO Mr. John Peck. They need at least $200,000 cash and a plan to IPO on CSE.
