slowdown cuz of sgs need for new hires

slowdown cuz of sgs need for new hiresit is everywhere in usa, too many open jobs, even for entry level people, and quality of applicants declining for entry level jobs.

wage pressures are still rather muted, oddly enough, in usa.

i view the future of the pilbara multiple open pit mining we bulls envision as being permanently constrained by perennial labor shortages. gonna be a brake on all our plans for wished for vast and fast opening multi open pit mining.

too far out in the outback to easily (and cheaply- therein lies the rub, wages are gonna have to go way up i suppose) get lots of help for everything once multiple mines start up.
